Order Processing

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

FoundryCart Store ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

We are committed to full transparency. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not seen an update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes requested after that window, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified once the order enters processing.
